At SeaChange Estate Agents, we’re committed to supporting you through every step of your real estate journey.

Before founding SeaChange, Peter served as an Army officer in Commando Forces and later as a helicopter pilot. After transitioning from military life, he launched and grew Bunnyconnellen Olive Grove & Vineyard—an award-winning boutique agri-business near Toowoomba. Upon relocating to the Gold Coast, he further honed his expertise as a Prestige Property Specialist with one of the region’s leading real estate agencies.

Today, Peter brings this diverse and valuable experience to SeaChange Estate Agents, where he is passionate about delivering inclusive services tailored to mature age and veteran buyers, sellers, and those looking to downsize. Grounded in traditional values, he takes the time to genuinely understand and meet the needs of every client.

In memory of his late wife, Peter recently walked the 800 km Camino de Santiago across Spain, raising significant funds for the Cancer Council along the way. His dedication continues—he regularly donates a portion of his commission from each property sale to support cancer research and support services.
